Hepner Gets The Only New Course Design Job In America!

Well that's a stretch, barely. There aren't many courses under construction but it's great to see nice guy Bruce Hepner get the gig to design the second course at Ballyneal. He worked on the original layout's design with Tom Doak and Jim Urbina and his since gone out on his own.
The story does not say what the name of the second course will be, but it is worth keeping an eye on as Ballyneal founder Rupert O'Neil was considering naming it Grateful Dunes in an homage to the Grateful Dead.
