Golf And Steve Jobs

Reading the obituaries, reactions and many tweets from golfers expressing their sadness at the death of Apple's Steve Jobs, I was most intrigued by this from the folks at PING:

We're saddened by the loss of Steve Jobs. Because of his unique vision for innovation, technologies like iPING were able to become a reality

Now, it's just an app to help with your putting, but it would be fun to try and compile a list of innovations in golf that can be credited to having been created on an Apple device.

Just to give one offbeat one from the world of golf architecture: checking the slope percentage of a green under construction using an iPhone with a green reading app. I know, I've done it.

In time I believe golf instruction will be changed dramatically by iPads (when touch screens with less glare are created).
