REMAINING TICKETS FOR 2010 U.S. OPEN ON SALE AT PEBBLE BEACH
Far Hills, N.J. (June 8) – Remaining tickets for the 2010 U.S. Open Championship at Pebble Beach (Calif.) Golf Links will be sold on-site beginning Thursday, June 10, at 10 a.m. at the Main Will Call.
The only tickets remaining for the 2010 U.S. Open are daily Grounds and Trophy Club tickets for Thursday, June 17, the first championship round, as well as Monday-Wednesday, June 14-16, the practice rounds. Prices start at $45 for daily Grounds tickets and range up to $175 for Trophy Club tickets on Thursday. Special note: Cameras and camcorders, without their cases, are permitted on practice days only (June 14-16).
The Main Will Call is located just outside the Main Admission Gate adjacent to the Merchandise Pavilion. The on-site ticket purchase program coincides with the pre-championship merchandise sale at the Merchandise Pavilion and will be open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 10, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday-Sunday, June 11-13.
Quantities of Thursday tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The USGA expects Thursday tickets to sell out quickly. Each buyer is permitted to purchase up to four tickets for each day. Tickets include complimentary general parking and shuttle transportation to and from the parking area and the championship entrance.
Parking for those coming to Pebble Beach for tickets or merchandise is located on-site near the Merchandise Pavilion. Please follow signs for Pre-Championship Merchandise Sale/Ticket Sales.
Pebble Beach Golf Links has hosted the U.S. Open four previous times: 1972, 1982, 1992 and 2000. More than 35,000 people are expected to attend each day of the championship.
