Meet Andy Sullivan, Europe's First Three-Time Winner Of 2015

With a nine-shot win in the Portugal Masters--the largest since Charl Schwartzel won the 2013 Dunhill by 12--Englishman Andy Sullivan is closing in on the World Top 50 club.

That means he'll be a regular at the 2015 majors if he finishes strong and also is building a case to be on the Ryder Cup team.

The European Tour's "with this win" breakdown.

Alistair Tait explains how Sullivan's development is hardly coming as a surprise to those who have seen the 2011 Walker Cupper play.

So impressive that recently retired R&A chief executive Peter Dawson tipped him to do well in this year’s U.S. Open, even though the Englishman was making his debut in America’s national championship.

Sullivan didn’t justify Dawson’s faith when he missed the cut at Chambers Bay, but the former chief executive couldn’t be faulted for being impressed by Sullivan’s game. Three wins in only his fourth full European season is proof that the man from Nuneaton, England has the game to contend in future majors.
