Dirty Harry Comes To Tournament CEO's Rescue
/A Monterey County Herald staff report from a Carmel Pine Cone story says Clint Eastwood performed the Heimlich maneuver on AT&T National Pro-Am CEO Steve John during a Wednesday night volunteer party.
Cheese? Really?
Sorry...too soon:
"I looked in his eyes and saw that look of panic people have when they see their life passing before their eyes," Eastwood, 83, told the Pine Cone. "It looked bad."
John told the paper: "He's strong! The cheese popped out and I was fine."
**A Daily Mail report sent in by reader Chuck says this is Scott's second choking incident. Maybe it's time this man chew his food so that Clint Eastwood's energy can be devoted to, oh, I don't know, helping attract a better field?
The 50-year-old survivor said it was the second time in his life someone had to perform the Heimlich on him.
'It was in Colorado about seven or eight years ago. But it wasn't Clint Eastwood,' he said.
'I haven't talked to him since that night. It was crazy.'
