LPGA Gives A Two-Shot Penalty For Slow Play!

Larry Morgan reports on the first round two-shotter doled out by the LPGA Tour at the KIA Classic. The rude golfer in question? Shasta Averyhardt, 24-year-old rookie.

"Our group was on the clock," she said, referring to her and playing partners Jennifer Song and Lindsey Wright.

"Obviously I disagreed, but I can't do anything about that."

What she does hope to correct is her course management, which she faulted for her high score.

"I have to make better decisions on the golf course," said Averyhardt, who's playing this week on a sponsor's exemption. "I want to manage the course better do a better job at that. I think everything will be fine after that."

Sounds like she's not going to be getting any faster anytime soon!
