“No one is responsible for my behavior but me"

Larry Dorman looks at Tiger's loyal inner circle that knew nothing and actually manages to get a written statement from Tiger attempting to clarify his whopper-of-a-lie in the Kelly Tilghman interview.

In a statement from Woods sent to The New York Times, Woods parsed the language from his previous absolution of his inner circle and reiterated his insistence that he was the only person with any culpability.

“No one is responsible for my behavior but me,” Woods said in the statement. “Even though there were times when I deceived various people in my organization, most were simply told little to nothing and kept in the dark. Obviously, I did this to avoid owning up to my actions. I expressed regret for that manipulation because the fault is mine alone and so is the blame.”

Progress for sure. Not that far off from my proposed answer.
