"I'm keeping OUR dogs - you can have YOUR dogs!"

James Desborough in News of the World files a highly entertaining and highly unlikely account of Elin telling friends how she's rating all of Tiger's mistresses and issuing tabloid-ready quotes like the above line. Desborough also spells out how Tiger is offering Elin a deal to stand by him so that he can rebuild his image a la Kobe.

I'm posting this because there's a question I want to pose to you all about the handling of this disaster, but I'm not quite sure how to set it up yet. So in the meantime, there was this from the piece which, sadly, sounds like our frugal Tiger:

"Before Christmas she was having trouble sleeping due to the shock, and that impacted on the kids. She was ill and so were the children. Now, with their regular school and nanny routine, their lives are settled.

"That's why she's determined to hang on to the family dogs. She loves them and knows Tiger can't look after them properly. Once when Elin was away he got a jogging neighbour to take them along for their daily walk.

"The woman was too starstruck to say no, and ended up doing it twice a day - without being paid. What a cheapskate!"
